Madhav is a 2x founder, Product Manager, and AI entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience building and scaling digital products across SaaS, HealthTech, eCommerce, and mobile platforms in India and globally.
His journey spans from co-founding Medzin — a HealthTech platform scaled to 18,000+ users and ₹2M in revenue — to 7.5 years as Associate Director of Product Management at CaaStle, where he led cross-functional teams delivering measurable growth for global retail brands. As a startup founder, he brings firsthand experience in zero-to-one product development, fundraising, go-to-market execution, and building high-growth teams from the ground up.
Today, he is the Co-Founder & CEO of WisOwl — an AI-powered job search platform built for the Indian market — using a proprietary semantic matching engine to move beyond keyword matching and deliver genuine career alignment. The platform has crossed 4,000+ organic signups and is actively partnering with universities and recruiters across India.
